The following bonuses apply to our appointment setting positions
Signing Bonus - All returning door to door sales reps are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Due to the overwhelming success of our door to door sales teams, DishTech places a high priority on ensuring our sales reps are completely prepared for their job at hand. We help our employees learn valuable skills that help them succeed not just in a summer sales job but also in life. Because we value each employee that has been trained by and worked with DishTech, we want to see you grow with our company. This is why all returning door to door employees who commit to work with us the following summer will receive a sign on bonus equal to 10 times their total installed accounts from the previous summer. For example, if I sold 250 accounts last season, my returning sign on bonus for this season would be $2,500. 300 total accounts would earn me a sign on bonus of $3,000 and so forth.
Rent Bonus - All door to door sales reps are eligible for a Rent Bonus.
Through experience, we have found that our sales reps enjoy their sales season more and perform better when they live with other sales reps. By living with others who share your work ethic, you will see your production and overall pay increase. The experience you gain through association and through observing other successful sales reps is invaluable. Of course you will also enjoy ordering pizza and competing in X-box tournaments, having barbeques by the pool, or just having friends to hang out with after a long day of work. All employees who live in company housing are eligible for a rent bonus, which is - any employee who performs above the average monthly sales in his or her office receives free rent for that month.
Attendence Bonus - All door to door sales reps are eligible for an Attendance Bonus.
For our seasonal sales reps, there are 100 working days over the summer. You will have four holidays in which you will not be required to work and 2 additional sick days. All other days are required work days. All employees who do not miss any other work day then the ones mentioned will receive an attendence bonus of $1,000.
August Bonus - All door to door sales reps are eligible for an August Nights Bonus.
The month of August is a great month to work. The sun rises early and sets late allowing for additional day light time. We encorage our employees to take advantage of this additional time to knock. As motivation, any sales reps who sale more accounts in August than in June or July will receive a free Nintendo Wii or Sony Playstation 3.
Record Breaker Bonus (NEW!) - All sales reps are eligible for the Record Breaker Bonus.
It's been said that records were made to be broken; at DishTech we wholeheartedly agree. Set a new record for your office in one of the following categories and you'll be rewarded with a $100 cash bonus. Break your own record and get another $100 bonus!
Most sales in a day
Most sales in a week
Most sales in a month
Anytime someone sells 10 or more accounts in a day, he or she will receive an automatic $100 bonus, regardless of whether or not any record was broken.
Cell Phone Reimbursement - All door to door sales reps are eligible for a Cell Phone Reimbursement Bonus.
