| Many of our sales reps will relocate to a city other than their hometown for a season. Through experience, we have found that our sales reps enjoy their sales season more and perform better when they live with other sales reps. By living with others who share your work ethic, you will see your production and overall pay increase. The experience you gain through association and through observing other successful sales reps is invaluable. This is why we make it a priority to provide our sales reps with company housing. If you will be required to relocate to a different city for your sales season, we will have housing arrangements already made before you arrive. Typically, our sales reps will live in an apartment complex with other reps from their office. These apartments are furnished. You will not need to bring much. We recommend you bring your own bedding (sheets and a pillow), clothes, and kitchen supplies. If you have specific questions about housing arrangements in the area you will be working, you can always contact us. As mentioned, you will see the positive impact company housing has on your overall paycheck, but you will also notice that living in company housing is a lot of fun. After a long day's work, its nice to sit back and swap stories from the doors with friends. Ordering pizza and competing in X-box tournaments is a nice way to unwind. Having barbeques out by the pool, playing a pick-up game of basketball, or simply having friends to hang out with in an unfamiliar city are all perks of company housing as well. All employees who live in company housing are eligible for a rent bonus, which is - any employee who performs above the average total sales in his or her office receives free rent for that month. |
